Return Policy

Made a purchase that’s not what you expected? Not to worry – we can help! We will gladly accept most Online Store purchases in the original condition.

Email our customer service team at store@gsnypenn.org with the following information:

• Sales order number
• Item numbers and item descriptions being returned
• Quantity of each item being returned
• If an exchange sales order is needed, please include the new items, sizes, and quantities

Purchases that are excluded from returns:

• Final-sale and clearance merchandise
• Discontinued merchandise
• Customized and personalized products are made to order, and considered final sale items
• Opened Badge Kits

Note: Shipping, and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
